Company profile
Heliwing Helicopters is a helicopter company dedicated to quality and service. The company was formed in 1988 to carry out multi-function tasks and holds NZCAA Air Operator Certificates covering all of New Zealand for passenger, cargo, line maintenance, agricultural and other aerial work. Heliwing Australia holds CASA Air Operator Certificates for line maintenance and other aerial work.
Heliwing operates Bell Jetrangers and has the experienced personnel and equipment to carry out specialist helicopter operations and training throughout New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.
The Company has written procedures, a work-crew training scheme with qualified instructors, a safety policy, and comprehensive insurance cover including hook load, passenger, third party and consequential damage insurance.

Aircraft Maintenance Programme
The helicopters are required to have a maintenance check not exceeding 100 flying hours. The company maintains a comprehensive documented maintenance programme detailing hours flown on each aircraft component. Aircraft are maintained to air transport standard by Civil Aviation approved maintenance engineering contractors.
